AND OH YES, we are SOOOO ready for some Live and in-person community arts programs so we can learn something new and chat with friends and folks with similar interests!!
Here is the 2021 line up:
May 15th Kathryn Hollinger Wool Felting
May 22nd Carol Weber: Hexies English Paper Piecing
June 5th Joel Falkowski Bark Wood Carving – ages 12 and up
Materials are generally limited to 25 projects, except for the wood carving. Certainly families may share and do 1 project together.
We will attempt to Zoom the workshops. Email or text me your request and I will send a link. We may be able to provide materials for wool felting and paper piecing for pick up one week prior to the presentation, in order to participate from home.
The Wood Carving is limited to 12 people and has an age limit of 12 years and up due to use of sharp tools, safety gloves and goggles. Folks will carve an axe or whale out of cotton wood bark.
We will follow whatever the current CDC and local Covid guidelines are at that time. Masks are likely, but it seems like it’s leaning towards no masks for the fully vaccinated very soon!
